My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The service is accommodating and addresses any issues but may show signs of fatigue due to the large number of visitors. The dining options are quite good but can be expensive. The location offers a quiet atmosphere like a retreat in the mountains, away from the usual parts of Hong Kong but not so convenient for downtown access.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were so clean and very comfortable, and my daughter even said she never wanted to leave.
